These Warranty Terms regulate the procedure for warranty service of products purchased in the online store. The warranty is valid only if all requirements set out in this section are followed and forms part of the purchase and sale agreement between the Store and the Customer.
WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty period begins from the date the Customer actually receives the product and remains valid for the period specified in the product card or accompanying documents.
After the warranty period expires, the warranty obligations end, unless otherwise expressly provided by the manufacturer.
WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS
The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and technical faults caused by the manufacturer and confirmed by diagnostics at a service center.
If a warranty case is confirmed, the Store reserves the right, at its own discretion, to offer:
— free repair of the product;
— replacement of the product with an equivalent item;
— refund of the paid amount.
IMPORTANT
The final decision is made only on the basis of the official conclusion of the service center.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
To submit a warranty claim, the Customer must:
— provide a document confirming the purchase;
— hand over the product in its complete set;
— if possible, hand over the product in the original packaging.
NOT SUBJECT TO WARRANTY SERVICE
Products are not subject to warranty service if they have:
— mechanical damage;
— signs of falling;
— signs of exposure to moisture;
— signs of overheating;
— signs of foreign substances;
— signs of self-repair;
— signs of disassembly;
— signs of unauthorized intervention.
DIAGNOSTICS AND REPAIR TIMEFRAMES
Diagnostics, repair or replacement of the product are carried out within a reasonable time from the moment the product is handed over to the service center.
If spare parts need to be ordered or complex repairs are required, the timeframes may be extended, and the Customer will be notified additionally.
Warranty service may be provided either by the Store or through an authorized service center of the manufacturer.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE CAUSED BY:
— improper use or use of the product for purposes other than intended;
— violation of storage, transportation or connection conditions;
— cosmetic defects that do not affect the functionality of the product.
THE STORE HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE WARRANTY SERVICE OR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT IF:
— the manufacturing defect is not confirmed;
— the terms of this warranty have been violated;
— the required documents are missing.
DELIVERY TO THE SERVICE CENTER
The costs related to delivering the product to the service center and returning it to the Customer are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed separately by the parties.
