DELIVERY METHODS
Nova Poshta (cash on delivery)
Delivery is carried out exclusively via Nova Poshta. Courier delivery across Ukraine is available every day except Sunday (shipments are sent once a day in the evening).
Nova Poshta delivery time:
— Usually 1–3 business days from the moment the order is shipped.
— In large cities, delivery may be available the next day.
— Delivery time to remote locations may be longer.
Rozetka Delivery
Delivery via Rozetka Delivery service to Rozetka branches, parcel lockers and pickup points.
Rozetka Delivery time:
— Usually 2–5 business days after the order is transferred to the delivery service.
— The exact delivery time depends on the location and workload of the delivery service.
ORDER PROCESSING TERMS
— All paid or prepaid orders are shipped according to priority within 1–3 business days after payment.
— Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
— After the order is handed over to the carrier, delivery time depends on the selected delivery service.
— ATTENTION: The recipient must collect the parcel within 5 calendar days after arrival at the branch. Otherwise, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
PREPAYMENT
In some cases, an advance payment of 300 UAH may be required (for example, if the customer previously did not collect an order).
PAYMENT METHODS
— Prom payment.
— Cash on delivery (Nova Poshta).
— Payment by bank details: payment to a bank card or account. Please include your order number in the payment purpose.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Payment: 100% prepayment by card. After payment is received, the order is transferred for processing.
Delivery time: 10–25 business days (please confirm the exact timeframe with the manager).
Products can be ordered as a set or separately.

DELIVERY WITHIN UKRAINE
Courier delivery is available throughout Ukraine.
In-stock orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday.
Payment: cash on delivery via Nova Poshta (advance payment may be required) or full prepayment by card — available for any order.
Important: if the order is no longer relevant, please cancel it to avoid inconvenience.
