Nova Poshta (cash on delivery)

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out via Nova Poshta.
Courier delivery across Ukraine is available every day except Sunday. Shipments are sent once a day — in the evening.

Shipping terms:

All paid or prepaid orders are shipped by priority within 1–3 business days after payment.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.

Please note: the recipient must collect the parcel within 5 calendar days from the moment it arrives at the branch. If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to the sender. Please collect your orders on time.

If you refuse to accept the parcel, you will be responsible for the delivery costs in both directions according to the current Nova Poshta rates.

Deposit:

Cash on delivery shipments require a deposit starting from 300 UAH. For expensive or oversized shipments, the deposit amount may be increased to cover logistics costs in case the customer refuses to receive the order.

Delivery and payment for “On order” items:

Payment: 100% prepayment to a card.

After payment is received, the order is transferred for processing.

Delivery time: 10–25 business days. Please check the exact delivery time with the manager.

You can order items as a set or as separate positions.

Delivery across Ukraine (courier delivery):

Available throughout Ukraine.

In-stock orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.

International delivery:

We also ship orders outside Ukraine by prior arrangement. For international delivery, Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta and other available delivery services may be used.

International delivery terms, cost and timeframes are confirmed individually before placing or paying for the order.

Payment:

Cash on delivery via Nova Poshta. An advance payment may be required.

Full prepayment to a card is available for any order.

Important:

If your order is no longer relevant, please cancel it to avoid inconvenience.

These Warranty Terms regulate the procedure for warranty service of products purchased in the online store. The warranty is valid only if all requirements set out in this section are followed and forms part of the purchase and sale agreement between the Store and the Customer.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period begins from the date the Customer actually receives the product and remains valid for the period specified in the product card or accompanying documents.

After the warranty period expires, the warranty obligations end, unless otherwise expressly provided by the manufacturer.

WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and technical faults caused by the manufacturer and confirmed by diagnostics at a service center.

If a warranty case is confirmed, the Store reserves the right, at its own discretion, to offer:

— free repair of the product;
— replacement of the product with an equivalent item;
— refund of the paid amount.

IMPORTANT

The final decision is made only on the basis of the official conclusion of the service center.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

To submit a warranty claim, the Customer must:

— provide a document confirming the purchase;
— hand over the product in its complete set;
— if possible, hand over the product in the original packaging.

NOT SUBJECT TO WARRANTY SERVICE

Products are not subject to warranty service if they have:

— mechanical damage;
— signs of falling;
— signs of exposure to moisture;
— signs of overheating;
— signs of foreign substances;
— signs of self-repair;
— signs of disassembly;
— signs of unauthorized intervention.

DIAGNOSTICS AND REPAIR TIMEFRAMES

Diagnostics, repair or replacement of the product are carried out within a reasonable time from the moment the product is handed over to the service center.

If spare parts need to be ordered or complex repairs are required, the timeframes may be extended, and the Customer will be notified additionally.

Warranty service may be provided either by the Store or through an authorized service center of the manufacturer.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE CAUSED BY:

— improper use or use of the product for purposes other than intended;
— violation of storage, transportation or connection conditions;
— cosmetic defects that do not affect the functionality of the product.

THE STORE HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE WARRANTY SERVICE OR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT IF:

— the manufacturing defect is not confirmed;
— the terms of this warranty have been violated;
— the required documents are missing.

DELIVERY TO THE SERVICE CENTER

The costs related to delivering the product to the service center and returning it to the Customer are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed separately by the parties.

We care about our customers’ comfort and strictly comply with the current consumer protection legislation of Ukraine.

Returns and exchanges are available WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF UKRAINE.

RETURN PERIOD

You can return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt, provided that it has not been used and its marketable condition, original packaging and full set are preserved.

If a manufacturing defect is detected, the product is subject to return or replacement in accordance with the warranty obligations.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The product must be complete, without mechanical damage, scratches or signs of use.

Products with individual selection or items made “on order” are not accepted for return.

Shipping costs in case of return are paid by the Customer, except in cases of a confirmed defect or an error on the part of the Store.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Contact our support service by phone or email, providing the order number and the reason for return.

After approval by the manager, send the product via Nova Poshta to the specified address.

Funds are returned within 3–7 business days after the product is received and its condition is checked.

IMPORTANT

CoolStuffGear reserves the right to refuse a return if the product preservation conditions have been violated.
